Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to submit through our contact form, project inquiry wizard and any consultation request: your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, and the details you provide about your project, budget range and timeline.

We do not collect special category data, and we ask that you do not submit sensitive information through these forms.

Why we use it

We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver services if we work together. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our managed database. Access is restricted to Sentrixus personnel who need it in order to respond to you. We apply access controls and do not expose submission data publicly.

Analytics

Where analytics are enabled, we use them to understand which pages and actions lead to enquiries. We aim to configure analytics in a privacy-conscious way and to avoid collecting personal information that is not needed for that purpose.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as they are commercially relevant, and remove them on request where we have no ongoing obligation to retain them.

Your requests

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email system@sentrixus.com and we will respond.

Client data

When we deliver a project, any data belonging to your business remains yours. We recommend domain, hosting and analytics accounts are held in your business's own name with Sentrixus added as a collaborator.
